Q: Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We’re excited to offer local pickup at The Shush Spot, located inside The Gathering Spot in Los Angeles.

Q: Where is the pickup location?

Q: How will I know when my order is ready?
You’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification by email and/or text once your order is packed and prepped.

Q: Do I need to schedule a time?
Yes—pickup is by appointment only. Please text us at (424) 444-0483 when you’re on your way so we can prepare your order for handoff.

Q: What should I bring to pick up my order?
Just bring your name and order number. If someone else is picking it up for you, please have them mention your name.

Q: How long do I have to pick up my order?
We kindly ask that you pick up your order within 5 business days of receiving your “Ready for Pickup” notification. Need more time? Just text us to coordinate!

Q: Can I try on my items at pickup?
At this time, we do not offer try-ons at the pickup location—but we’re happy to book a virtual or in-person fitting session if you need one!
